Real Estate Market Conditions
We are almost half way through the year and checking out the real estate market in East Windsor reveals that houses are selling. We are averaging 17 homes sold per month, but we have 12 months of inventory unsold. Real estate is selling for about 91% of list price which is averaging $302,577.

The average sold price is $268,929 with the house being on the market for an average of 97 days.
